NovaHost.org Terms of Service
NovaHost.org shall provide its Services to the customer under the terms and conditions of this agreement.
You understand that these terms are binding and will be enforced.
Any account breaking the rules stated in these terms will be suspended or terminated without notice.

1. ACCOUNT USAGE - You must be at least 13 years of age to request an account.
Accounts must host a public website. Private sites, or accounts used only for file storage are not allowed.
Hosting of vulnerable or outdated scripts is not allowed. Staff may request that any such scripts be updated or removed.
2. ACCOUNT RESOURCES - You can only use the amount of diskspace and bandwidth which are included in your plan.
Bandwidth overage will result in an automatic suspension until the next month.
Additional space is only available by upgrading to gold membership at NovaTech Forums, or through post rewards.
3. E-MAIL ACCOUNTS - Any spamming or mass-mailing activity will result in immediate suspension.
You are limited to sending 500 emails per hour, however this is the upper limit.
Sending this many emails for extended periods will not be permitted.
4. ONE ACCOUNT ONLY - You may only register one free hosting account.
If duplicate accounts are detected, both accounts will be deleted without notice.

- Hate, violence, racial intolerance, or advocate against any individual, group, or organization
- Hacking/cracking content
- Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia
- Pornography, adult, or mature content
- Child Pornography
- Gambling or casino-related content
- Any other content that promotes illegal activity
- Content or links to content that violates copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws
- Excessive advertising
- Public file upload sites
- Pop-ups, pop-unders or exit windows that interfere with site navigation, change user preferences, or are for downloads. This includes distribution of Adware, Spyware or other Malware.
6. SECURITY AND PRIVACY - We take every effort possible to maintain the security of our servers. However, we will not be held liable for any security breaches.
Our staff maintains the right to search any user accounts/uploaded files only if they suspect the violation of these terms.
We will never disclose any user information or files to any third party, unless required by law to do so.
7. SUPPORT - All support can be obtained on our support forum.
8. BACKUPS - We do not backup free hosting accounts. This is your responsibility.
We will not be held liable for loss of data.
9. DELETION - We reserve the right to delete any account at any time, without notice.
You may request to have your account deleted from our servers at any time.
Proof of account ownership will be required prior to us removing the account data.
10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY - Although we strive to provide the highest uptime possible, we make no guaranties to service availabilty.
We reserve the right to stop our service without notice.
11. SYSTEM USAGE - Any site using excessive CPU or RAM may be suspended without notice.
Cron jobs may be run no more than once every 15 minutes.
12. TORRENT SITES - Hosting copyright infringing BitTorrent files is not permitted.
Hosting any type of BitTorrent tracker or download script is prohibited.
13. PROXIES - Hosting of any proxy scripts is strictly prohibited.
This includes all scripts whose purpose is to download content from other servers. (E.g. Glype, RapidLeech, IRC Scripts, etc).
14. LANGUAGE - Hosted sites must be in either English or French, to allow our admins to check their content.
Exceptions may be granted if content description given during registration meets staff approval.
These terms are subject to change at any time and without any prior notice. Please check this page often for changes.
If you do not agree with any changes, see section 9 for account deletion information.
